  • @YoungWolve1 dude probably like 1990 man earrrrllllyy

  • @wherearemybones2 1990? Nas and Nature started rapping together alot when the Firm was created, which was in 1997.

  • niggaz dnt no about deez classikz of nas,az,nature!!

  • We give burgers to police but cops aint fam.

  • Yeah..classic.I guess it was from them Various Dj Clue mixtapes. Love the beat and the lyrics on point too...Its back to the beef and the foods gone!! True story

  • This song really got dat summer in new york feel 2 it and if you from NY u kno what i mean

  • nas flows too good, its hard to see anyone ahead of him in rap. too smooth, laid back style, real lyrics

  • Im only 19 but I remember If I ruled the World when I was a yung bul, but it seem like Nas been on top of the rap game from 94-97, then i remember he was killin the game again from 2001-04. He gonna go hard this yr 2010 n beyond

  • My dude, he has been on top of the rap game ever since he came out, he never fell. The thing with Nas and his music is that he is way ahead of the times and niggas is too stupid to ever understand his level of perfection in the rap game.

  • @CNDigital Nah man, Id say I am and Nastradamus were average albums for him, they didnt seem that great, they had some classic tracks on it. But as a whole I think he wasnt on as much point as he shouldve been. N i dont think he ever fell off, he just wasnt as dominant

  • @dbbzzz I think that those periods in his career was when I really how downloading can affect an artist's output. As a lot of the tracks from both albums were scrapped when the leakage, and the albums had to be refilled within what must've been a short period, I give credit to Nas' original intent. Yet and still, they have some classic tracks like you're saying. "Nastradamus" is the black sheep of his catalogue, and it has some of his stuff most worthy of the "street poet" title. Prophetic.

  • this is so flava i love nas they wanna biter like a saber tooth-but he was like a ruler the year was 96' slick waves gettin paid alot of bitches on his dick-the formed a new era without no terror i had the it was written tape bumpin since forever-he be talkin the real shit government reveal shit they be hatin bad cuz he tellin the truth

  • Nature's verse was hilarious and great. I miss the summer time. There's no sense of community in the hood no more. Only time we ever get together is when somebody gets murdered.

  • nas & nature -> DREAMTEAM

  • SHIT HITTIN FIRST TIME IVE HEARD IT

  • Classic track, makes me feel happy.

  • This is str8 Peotry : ) nice Summer Cook Outs

  • Nas has classic jams for days!

  • 98-2001 was nas' greatest era as an artist. So many classics were made.

  • 94-97 was my favorite Nas era. "Escobar Season"

  • i still got the mix CD i first heard this on. i think this is from 98 or 99

  • i like old school muthafuckas like you

  • I never heard this in my life!! How did this not make it on to any albums? Summer cookout is the perfect jam

  • wow...Nature I've always respected him(all seasons))

wow..I've heard this maybe one time before.

and its a beauitiful track. I love hiphop wen its at its rawness-

  • 2Pac from my perspective is the most influencial rap musician to me personally, yet I wouldn't consider him a perfectionist lyrically like Nas. The phobia of death and his inevitable paranoia prevented that.

  • Tupac wasn't afraid of death, he embraced it.

  • your last sentence makes you sound like a fucking moron

  • wow nas is AMAZING

  • damn they made a sick combo

almost nas and az like back in their time when they would do a lot of tracks together

  • you know its back to the beef when the food is gone

  • im tryna download dis track...cant find it anywhere.

    Help???

  • a yo... i need da track how do u get it

  • just send me your email address in a message and then i got u

  • This is the first time since 2000 that Ive heard this. I remember the first time on a cassette tape( youngins need not remember them), Damn thank you so much. Ima bang this every chance I get.

  • How can I buy the mixtape?

  • I had this when it first came out on the Cutmaster C mixtape. Nas dropped a bunch of unreleased joints around this time.

  • He dropped too many joint through out his career. His best material wasn't on the album. This is my only vice about him.

  • Which album are you referring too? His best joints seem to be the joints that he leaves off his albums to be honest; but is there one album you are talking about in particular?

  • Does anyone know what period of time was this from?

  • Yeah, this was shortly after The Firm album.

  • RAW

  • this is hot

  • "...the party never ends we too deep, we too strong, you know it's back to da beef once da food's gone..."

  • Hahahahaha

I can just picture niggas eating and shit, until the food is over, then they remember they gotta twist some kid on 125th

    Hahahaha

  • yo where can i get these songs

  • maybe u should pick up. some them lost tape albums along with some j-love nas mixtapes.

  • from me.

  • NAS = Nice As Sh!t on this 1 ...

  • Nas best to ever bless the mic

  • @lupendjedi

    agreed,son

  • this shit stupid fire

  • were could i get this mp3

  • were can i download the mp3?

  • Hell Yeah

  • the beat is mello something to ride to

  • Nas IS ny.

  • NAS IS NY i like that.. very true

  • No Nas IS HIP HOP. Pac the greatest to me, but Nas' catolog the best of all time. His underground shit even better, if that's possible. If y'all like that real hip hop shit, check my page, I got my whole mixtape up, 40 bars and War report my personal favorites. 1
