I suffered motion sickness from riding the Kraken and other rides in Florida. However after a bit of practice I learned to try and relax, breath normally, do not hold your breath and when going through the loop breath out. If motion sickness is problem then try this technique it will help make the ride more enjoyable.

I went to Florida two years ago but I was still afraid of coaster's at the time so I never did this. But I conquered my fear of them a couple of months after I got back and if I went back now, I'd do Kraken in a flash! It looks so smooth and I regret not doing it. Thankfully, I might be going back next year thought! :D And please shoot that fucking woman!
