I believe Carey Price will still be good.. he may need to do play in another city. Don't be shocked if Bob Gainey trades Halak though (I know, would be a big mistake!) As for Big Georges, Jacques Martin wanted to give more ice time to younger guys.

Whatever reason Gainey got rid of Laraque, the bottom line is that his time in Montreal was a failure on so many levels. He couldn't stay healthy, and the teams record with him in the line-up was worse than when he was out hurt or suspended. Martin said "We have a better chance of winning when he's NOT in the line up.

I hope you're right. I love # 41. Supposedly Halak gets tired after four or five starts in a row and Gainey prefers Price's size. Georges Laraque did a lot in his community and his presence was vital at times last season. I'd hardly say he was a failure.
Bruins and Canadiens meet twice before the Olympic break. Hope we can score some goals and keep you behind us in the standings.

I don't disagree with you at all....as a Bruins fan, I can't stand Jack Edwards. He says the term "he dangles" more often than a fluffer on a porn set. If he uses the word "juicy" to describe a rebound only 10 times in a game, it's a slow night.
However this isn't one of those times. Thornton clearly won here, as Henry was gassed and missing wildly. Thornton bulldogged him and was landing the only shots in the fight.

People are also talking about both announcers, however Andy Brickley hardly says anything throughout the whole fight. He's a goal analyst, watch a game on NESN, you'll see he knows his shit.
