Even if they used this LED screen for the 2011 concert, it would've been better than an ugly black projector box. :P Though, not sure how much more expensive an LED screen would be rather than using the projection system......

The 2011 concert in terms of animation (done from scratch), facial expressions, and song choice was alot better than the 2010, which used recycled animations from Project DIva Arcade, which in turn limited the song choice. The only reason 5pb didn't do so well at Mikupa is that they hired an artist no one has heard of to fill up time and had a 30 minute intermission due to technical difficulties.

@Cursefire Well, it depends on the viewer I suppose. I think the REAL reason 5pb. didn't do so well is that they cut too many songs, the stage setup looked like crap, and they hired a BAND no one has heard of (why didn't they use The 39's, from 2010?) and that band seemed like they lacked the passion and creativity of The 39's. No improvisation or anything, they looked like they were playing directly from the original songs. I even tested this theory in Audacity. Both versions aligned perfectly.

@Cursefire Also, regarding the animation, do human artists learn new dance moves every time they perform? Of course not; it would be too much work. I actually preferred 2010's songs better, but that's just me. I highly doubt they simply "recycled" the animation from the game and attached it to a different model, but I don't know what animation program they're using. And the two songs in the middle where Miku changes models was more of an easter egg to fans of the original Project DIVA game.

@PapyMandarine Im not sure if im correct or not, but I think every song you hear from Hatsune Miku are all made by people who bought them. Tecnically they aren't fan made cuz there are no official sound tracks for Miku, but if you want it view it as that, then yeah its fan made
