I absolutey LOVE this video. First of all, I'm a huge fan of Girl, Interrupted. But this song is soooooo wonderful - I can relate so much, and it is so very comforting to know someone else understands. Good question. I, unfortunately, don't know the true answer. Susie Q. was a character in a movie a few years back. She was a ghost that helped a man (his family also died in a car accident). Perhaps she is referring to Susan/winona's need to help those with similar problems around her while being invisible (metaphorically)? She could also be referring to her as a 'goody goody'. Susie Q is a generic term like Sandra D. (Grease). Maybe someone else knows the answer. ^_^

I meet my psychologist on the 9th of April at 11am Central time, and I'm terrified. I've been watching Girl, Interrupted a lot, trying to draw courage from it. Reading everyone's comments about your mom, even if they werent directed at me, makes me realize that there are people outside who are capable of supporting you even though they don't know you.

Reverb...nice presence. Its usually in all music programs. This song was recorded in the study of my house on a regular computer microphone (the $2 type) using a simple recording program, oh...and my keyboard.

lol...me. Its a song about my mother. She's been in and out of hospitals for depression (cutting) since I was seven. Its about the meds that they put her on, and how she has changed since then. lol...I wrote to much but I'm really glad you like it. ^_^

I actually went through a very similar experience. Five years ago, I was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder, Severe Clinical Depression, and Paranoid Schizophrenia, along with other stuff. I was in and out of hospitals as well.
