I placed the original order for this head in August. Their service was pretty quick, about two weeks for sculpting and a couple more weeks for casting. The heads didn't feel very finished, they were really rough in some places. Lately their sculpting has gone downhill (crooked jawlines, off-center mouth, other problems), and the finish hasn't been improved. When they're on top of their game, they're awesome. They just haven't been recently.
now all it needs, is hair...
