I am curious, but I have noticed that the theologians here refer to the number as one or two and not first or second. For example, I would say First Corinthians.
Is that an English thing or a theologian thing? I did study at a Bible College, but it was never referred as one, but as first (as in Paul's first letter to the Corinthians).
@itsthatguy: It's normal in the UK and Australia to refer to Bible books as "one corinthians," "two peter," or the like
