Regarding the other one: Melfi says Green Grove is "more like a hotel at Cap D'Antibes," which is an exclusive - and snooty - peninsula in the south of France, full of lavish hotels and luxurious villas. Tony, obviously, hears this as Ceptain Teeb's.

My finace's brother grew up in the same town In Naples Province, Italy with the actor who portrays the hit man in the "members only" jacket in the last episode. When we ran it to him, he told us that there is major talk and negotiations of a movie in the works.Hope this helps always love talking to Sopranos affecianados like myself.Salut!
