@MaddDogg81 Athletically fit people can still die from heart attacks, strokes, and diabetes. Yes exercise lowers risks, but skinny does not necessarily mean healthy. I can't tell you how many people I know who have alittle weight yet they have healthy diets and are active everyday. But by looking at them, you'd never know it. Naturally skinny people should be even MORE careful, because they fall into an illusion that they are healthy, when they are not.
