I found vampire kisses to have been for a 12-13 year old crowd, and the twilight series has a bizarre plot, I mean, a stalker creepy sparkly vampire who drinks from animals? Really? I do like the books by Amelia Atwater Rhodes tho.

Are you only looking for YA vampire books? If not, you could always read The Vampire Chronicles by Anne Rice. I recommend the first three books (Interview with the Vampire, The Vampire Lestat, Queen of the Damned) There is also Dracula by Bram Stoker. Happy reading!

yea morganville vampires does like a interresting series i actully just bought a copy but it was the copy where it has the first 2 book in one book which i think is better but i have had a chance to read it yet but im going to right now im readying the night world series which is a good series.

your talking about the twilight series right where your reading the twilight series already right well well the first 3 books in the twilight series is fine for some 11 year old but im not sure about the 4th one because it gets alittle more intense so breaking dawn is better for alittle bit older teenagers ive read it but of course im older teens are so it ok for people my age which is 22

does anybody know any good books that dont only focus on a relationship? i mean its ok but it gets annoying if its the whole book. i read twilight and that was about all i could take. I tried to read night world but could take it seriously. it just seems all the same. all i want is some action and human killing lol
