I use 13-16 fps on recording and playback with 80% compress thing and there's no lagg when I'm playing or recording or watching when I play minecraft and terraria

i ahd the same probelm with the palyback being so fat what i did was instead of selecting a window to record i selected a screen region which stopped the fast playback :) hope this helps

that is kindda fast. no wait VERY VERY fast. hope this helped
