You could see it easily...Hayabusa was tested from 0-200kph in 7,1sec-the Switzer GTR 8,8sec. But even at start the GTR beats the motorcycle. They tested in a german magazine a BMW1000RR from 0-250kph in 10,5seconds with professional driver and in 15seconds with a stock driver. Thats a big difference

I totally agree with you for the most part, 100% stock cars, but if they have a modded Cobra, Supra or anything of those sorts you'll have arace on your hand. It takes 500whp to stay or beat a bike, about 750+to beat a 1000 and 900WHP to beat a Busa or ZX14R, But again those cars must be modded though. But cars are out there that will destroy even a busa with the modds that you have plus some. Dont think your bikes invincible cause it's not.

There are a couple cars that are just as fast as bikes. (even in the straights) Some cars are even faster around the track than bikes. I'm talking about the same power to weight ratio's as bikes, Ariel Atom for example. Take any car give it enough power and lighten it up and it will do the same quarters as a bike. The only thing i can't argue about is, you'll spend less money with yur average bike, than cars.

Old Busa VS New Busa ? Their is a slight difference in power. It is easy to make an old busa faster than a new busa with just a few mods. So, for less money you can buy more speed and power. The new Busa is a better bike, however, you have to be a really good rider to show somebody the difference. Both bikes are good, it just comes down to how much you want to spend to go fast.

2 things: 1. Stock Busa's and a few literbikes are known to do SUB-10 second quarter miles (notice the rider stating he limp wristed through the whole race?) and 2. All we have on the 500hp ariel atom is that it's coming. Not even a price is announced. No one should be surprised by the results. I've seen numerous Busas run mid to high tens at the track. The best ZR1 time I have ever seen is 11.3. For cheep (cheeper than a comparable car anyways) speed, you can't beat a bike, but the Vette still isn't slow. Besides, comparing cars to bikes is apples to oranges.

Fastest bike at nurbergring is a lot slower than the cars. Also, anyone that drives a zr1 in the 13's should have their license revoked. Zr1 should go low 12's and consistent 11's with a decent driver. Also pro cars stomp bikes in the 1/4 and it feels cooler to be slammed into a seat rather than holding on for dear life to handlebars. Corner g's in a car feel crazy cool to because you actually have lateral force as compared to a bike where when you lean you mainly have down-centrifugal frc.
