  • ok guys until now, macdon has made the john Deere, case ih, and new Holland draper heads. Now john Deere has there own draper coming out next year.

  • john deere is way bigger than claas

  • Radford Harvesting designed and built the worlds biggest front 61ft. Used on a Claas Lexion 600 which is currently the highest intake combine harvester on the market.

  • @balnagowan88 claas 770, class 10 machine, i dont think they have any grain platforms that large yet but they will

  • we couldnt use those things in germany xD

    way to many trees here.

  • maC KICKS ASS

  • Mass murderer tool.

  • MacDon has ben makeing 45 foot draper headers 4 years

  • its the biggest (production) header

  • honey bee makes a production 50 foot now. thats the biggest production header by far.

  • nope there is a 61 foot class 600

  • @caseih100 but its custom built...

  • No way dude?? In North America?? I seen a 61 foot in Australia.

  • Theoldshap.

Honey bee is that a combine producer....?

  • They are a draper header or front producer. they make all of the CNH draper headers. but they can be put on any combine you want.

  • @theoldshap No Macdon make all the Case heads, and Honeybee make the NH heads

  • @Kirk612 Pretty sure honeybee makes them for both there bud. Case used macdon before they were bought out by NH.

  • @theoldshap actually he was right the case heads are Macdons...I know I have a 2052 which is the same as a 973 macdon.

  • jeez, dont bumb ur head.....

  • yeah but the 61 footer is custom made this is production front a MIDWEST Crophawk I think they know make a 50ft front for the 9120 CIH and the 9080 NH

  • Looks all nice and pretty in the showroom. Now let's see how well it works in a rice field.

  • well its not the biggest anymore, in australia there using a 61 foot platform/header on a Caterpillar

  • come on in france, with your front, an turtle speed more fast of you !!!

  • If you have a 45 foot head can you still unload on the go? Im guessing the tractor would need to get very close or you would need an unload auger extention.

  • deere combines might nt be the biggest, but their the best!

  • deere has the 3rd biggest going with the 9870 the biggest now as of july 09 is the case 9120 afx

  • and where is it going to stop, combines will just keep on getting bigger and bigger, i guess we'll have to see who has the biggest combine in the end

  • they make a bigger one i think its called a python and they can really work

  • so much for unloading on the go. unless you want to run over that fancy header.

  • cr9090 broke the world record recently.

  • you need to get your facts straight lexion are the worlds largest up to 6000 bushel per hour that better than any deer

  • yeah your right lexion is the big and the best combine ever love claas..........and deere......and nh ...and fendt......and.......alot

  • this is not the largest comb eva!

there is a harvesting contractor from tasmainia that has built a 61ft comb!

as you can tell he needed the biggest combine in the would, a claas lexion!

    beat that!

  • do you know how to say choak?? cuz that is whats going to happen. and what kind of combine is going to carry this a class VII combine wouldn't want much to do with it in a good crop

  • At Honey Bee we make a 45'Grain Belt Plus that is used on the JD and NH Combines, we also make Headers, for Case IH, We have also Successfully made a 50' Grain Belt Plus, but is really heavy so only the biggest Combines can Carry it, we had to use a CAT/Lexicon to take it around the field.

  • ok quit bitching because this is the worlds biggest HEADER not the biggest combine..it was obviously named wrong

  • thats not the biggest combine ??? lexion is the biggest combine ???

  • Did he say 45 foot?

Thats almost twice the size as our JD9860 WTS (25 foot)

  • cute vid

  • you r gay

  • thats a big header we have a 2008 9870 sts to and we have a 40ft hearder

  • The reason for the bigger heads is to make combines work at their top capacity,,, a 9860 with a 30 ft table would have to be driven so fast,,, we run 36 ft on a 9650 sts and had that head on a 9600 before that,,, pretty good match for either one,,,of course more capacity in the sts so you can move alittle faster.

  • Big headers on combines are very stupid. It don't make you go faster. Plus if your yields are high you won't be able to make it to the other end of your field without having to unload. So then your grain truck has to chase you all over the field.

We have a 2008 John Deere 9870 STS with 30 ft. header that is perfect, would never want anything bigger.

  • that would be why you have auger wagons in the field we have very few field that the combine could make it to the end

  • Look when it was posted.... . . . . . . .. . . about an year and a half jeez you guys are dumb shits

  • lexion is bigger

  • From what I have seen of the Aussie videos, they don't have much straw. Probably not much yield either because they don't get much rain. The draper headers are nice though, regardless of the width because of their flexibility and because they feed the wheat heads first into the feeder house and cylinder or rotor.

  • It's no longer the biggest combine in the world.

The Claas Lexion 600 can harvest with an 14 meters header at 6.0 km/h.

  • Our wheat is a lot easier to thrash than canada or the US. and yes, I've harvested in both countries. I run a 42 ft on a 9860. We cut wheat from 20 bpa to 75. I can still run 4 mph in 75 bushel wheat. I've cut wheat in texas going 30 bpa with a 9760 and 30 ft head and only been able to run 4 mph. As for them getting bent, I haven't heard that, we have had ours for 4 years and love it.

  • Hope you have poor yields!! We use 36fts on the swathers and the combines (9600's) can only go 1-2 mph following that.

  • well that is a lot of head for a 9600

  • Comment removed

  • @msekavec 25ft is alot of head for a pos 9600

  • We have 2 old IH and they 25ft headers. they are from the 90s

  • You would definately NOT be able to cut irrigated wheat or barly with that header. We use 25-30 foot headers here, and usually travel about 2.5-3 MPH. 45-50 foot headers would probably work on desert dry-farm, if its REALLY flat.

  • same here, 25 foot header around 3 mph in good wheat

  • what combine do you have though this header is prolly designed for a 9870 Deere

  • 2388 International..

  • Whats the ground speed with that much going into the machine 0.1?

  • midwest got a 50 footer now

  • umm..45 feet? ... my header is 60 feet...

  • lmao i bet dude....

  • im not even joking... however.. he did say "Production header"... i fabricated mine myself... lol

  • o well ya i could see that now i guess

  • how many feet 45 wow

  • come on we wanna see if it works?

  • nice header, only thing to do now is mounting a CLAAS 600 on it.
