@Cazmeus I love all diary products, pretty much grew up on my grandpa's farm. But the truth is nature is very specific. If a cow makes milk, that milk is specifically designed for one creature in mind, the baby calves. It is impossible for humans to receive more than a very small amount of nutrients including calcium. I think as humans have been drinking milk for thousands of years diary products will not cause too much damage as we are adaptive creatures.

The book has encountered severe criticism on some of its claims so its advice cannot be taken without a grain of salt. Speaking from my own experience an egg white protein has done me the most good.
@DamianAlexanderS how do u take the egg whites? do you drick it or cook it? but whay protein will be beter iif your planing on taking it more than 3 times a day!

All that is basically said in this video is that whey is not good from a health perspective. It still works for building muscle if that is all you are interested in.
