Also, on every game there are about 7 breeds, but you can get new types in your kennel by either doing Bark Mode with a different type of dog or getting a certain amount of trainer points. Or, you can get all 4 Nintendogs, like me (sorry, I had to tell someone! I've been "collecting" them for about 3 years!)
