@cookievampire113 there is a shortcut, its called charge buffering. normally sonic boom is charge back, hit forward and press punch. instead, charge back, press forward, then quickly press back and press punch at the same time. this lets u start charging the next sonic boom slightly faster, which is very important for the combos with multiplie sonic booms.

when u r hitting ur opponent try to keep the analog stick backward this will help u with combos combined with sonic booms

and try to keep the analog stick in an angled backward this will help u with combos combined with flash kicks its also useful with sonic booms

You have two options.

Either hold down-back (2 seconds) and then push down-forward, to down-back, to up-forward & any kick.

Or hold down-back (2 seconds) and then push down-forward, down, down-back, back and up-back & any kick.

@abortzee No he didn't. The problem is that the Cr.HP looks similar to close St.HP which confuses many people. Cr.HP is NOT cancelable!

@shakuforever Exactly. U can even cancel into regular flashkick (without using the meter), or super. What helps a lot is practising it without the jump. Add the jump if you can do it consistently without it. Always glad to help :)

@tiny4733 Even if u were this good at combos, it means quite nothing when actually playing. Guile is so bad in SF4. Every kid can beat ya with ken, akuma, ryu, sagat. I personally can do many of the combos shown here, but u can barely do some of them in a real fight.

charlie is stronger than guile, i love guile but charlie throws the sonic boom with one hand, also charlies's soumerassault kick is stronger than guile's , charlie was captured by bison and turned into shadow and fought against guile, guile was able to bring charlie;s memory back and he became a good guy again m charlie and guile battled bison once again, ending with charlie and bison trapped in shadaloos headquarters when it was nuked, bison scaped and charlie might as well, nobody knows!

@0jameslike0 It's called a pre-charge. You press charge back-down, go to forward quickly, quickly go back to back-down, and THEN throw your punch.

This enables you to be charging for your 2nd sonic boom when your 1st is on the way. It takes a little bit of time to get use to the timing, but once you know about it, it makes using charge character much more feasible.

Also, another thing to note about Guile is your back + lk and back + mk moves will NOT detract from your sonic charges.
