shawn i love you your awesome!!! i was really confused with the PG/VG Now I understand it'll be easier for me to search the right eliquids. THANX LOTS!!!!!
hate to be nitpicky but another name for glycerin is glycerol. it still has an OH group in it's chemical structure so it is an alcohol as well (sugar alcohol).

I bought my first e-cig with ry4 vg 2.4. Now I don't know what's to blame but i tend to vape to much and then I get headaches, stings in my arms or legs and after vaping (not during) I feel like I've got pepper in my throat.
@seb001977 It does indeed sound like you ae using a China Made eLiquid as you mentioned RY4. This is a very common tobacco flavor and what you are feeling is dead on. Many low cost and especially China eLiquids do use pepper to mimic the feeling of a throat sensation. Stick toeLiquids that you know what they are placing in them as it will be listed on the side of the bottle.
I also urge you to check out ECF forums as this can help on your questions.
@joeyazzz Ha. The reverse also is true. Some apparently are "allergic" to or don't tolerate the PG well and have to get the VG e-liquid. I think it probablly takes getting used to.
Hey I followed you for a while but then you desapired and now that i know your back i wanted to let you know you really helped me in the ecig maters and congratulate you on your recovery =D. Got one question though.. I´m from europe and i only buy e liquid from amazon.co.uk the brand i picked is caled vaporium and their 510 is rly good(i never tried other 1 then that but seems ok) and their e liquid does not say if it is pg or vj =S but has child proof bottle so it indicates it is a good product
VG has also been argued to cause more phlegm production, and in my opinion can cause shortness of breath when not properly staying hydrated. VG also will leave a thin film on things like television screens when you vape in a room heavily, while PG does not.
or ordering from a vendor. It's not a bad idea to ask your vendor whether they mix to order or let their VG blends sit to let the flavor mix properly. Totally agree with the "throat hit" of PG and the vapor production of VG though :) Great vid, glad to see you still making them!
I have to disagree on the VG statement. VG is just fine with flavor, I have been DiY-ing for 6 months now. I'm sure you've heard of letting juices sit or "steep" and tasting better down the line. This is how VG is, you need to warm the VG up when mixing, and it needs 2-3 weeks to properly set up and steep. There is no flavor difference between a 100% PG mix freshly made and a 100% VG mix that has had time to mix properly. This is something to remember whether you are mixing
you have an amazing voice o.o

I found that PG doesn't fry my attys near as fast as VG using a HV mod.
I use 3.5ohm Ikenvape 801 atomizers with pure PG RY4, good stuff =P

Isn't there also the thickness factor to consider in PG vs VG? VG seems too thick to work well in cartomizers for me, so I stick with PG for that.
