  • Great review guys!

  • Great review guys!

  • poor Taito.. doing all these LD games :( ill stick to there other games

  • Now this is what game sack is all about!

Thanks for another informative and funny show!

  • Wow, I had never heard of this system before at all! This was cool to learn about!

  • Love to have that system but a bit too much for my pocket :D

  • Some good laughs here guys, loved the skit at the end

  • Did that guy from I Will also go to the Game Sack School for Acting? Because his acting was so bad. Like, horrible.

Anyway, it was a great ep as always.

  • @M4R14NO94 Yes I remember him he was our best student.

  • lol spelled anouther wrong

  • @MrGameSack anoughther great episode guys 10 out of 10 and you even managed to find a system i didnt know about and i know alot. if you guys made a DVD i would bye it straight away.

  • "Unique game with crosshair and FMV backgrounds" - very funny! :). Good job!

  • Holy crap, you guys weren't kidding. I looked up Time Gal for Laseractive just to see how much it goes for, and all I could find was someone saying they snagged a copy for $350. Everyone else on that forum immediately chimed in about how amazing a deal that was, even though the copy the person bought didn't include the spine card.

  • I watch other retro so called game reviewers on YouTube but nobody I have seen are as good as you guys. Great show as always.

  • @retrostansolo Thank You!

  • Holy fucking shit this thing sounds awesome

  • Great episode! I'd buy a LaserActive if they were not so horribly expensive.

  • What a beast of a machine.

  • I don't normally comment on videos, but you guys are funny, interesting and simply awesome. You always publish vids about rarer products not overly discussed elsewhere. Very nice! Keep up the great work!

  • @Tahnvalas Thanks for that compliment! We have a great time making these videos. Well I do and then I go home and leave all the editing work to Joe. He probably doesn't enjoy it as much as I do. Or maybe he does, who know.

  • @tetrisdave It's sometimes stressful as you know but it's worth it.

  • Another good one guys. Audio is good too. That shelving unit is good for that. NICE!

  • awesome episode guys.. I remember being intrigued by this system back in the day, but no magazines really covered it and only knew of it from small ads and stuff in the back of videogame mags.. Always thought it was really interesting they were able to utilize Genesis and TG16 technology for this.

  • @valgalder I agree. The only place I remember seeing it was an add in EGM. Basically it was giving away a bunch of gaming stuff and a hi fi audio system if you entered their contest. This was part of it.

  • Wow Joe according to the credits you remake a lot of music on these shows. you really should start adding them to your overclocked page.

  • This show gives me something to be excited about on Monday mornings! Thanks for the hard work.

  • @cityside75 Cool! Thanks for watching. It's hard to get excited about monday morning when you have a week of work ahead of you.

  • In that detective game did the racism get carried over to the next system as well? lol

  • @Zeldaschampion It sure did!

  • @MrGameSack :O you got the nec turbografx 16 pack. HOW!?!?!?!?

  • A below average Japanese girl is still more attractive than an above average Scottish girl.

  • @GatorM Don't have to worry about eating haggis either.

  • Dave reminds me of Jeff from Curb Your Enthusiasm.

  • @GatorM Awesome. I like Curb your Enthusiasm. I've only watched a season or two but would like to watch more.

  • Great episode, i would love to own the system, i think it is sometimes on ebay, the price is much too high, some games such as moon patrol, i think came out on 3do, but did not look as good, strahl, also on 3do is very similar to the anime type game.

  • Glad to see a new episode. I like your humor (the straight-faced addition of the Jon Benet Ramsey reference to a commercial for a game shop in an earlier episode being one of the highlights), and the production quality of the shots (including the inserts of carts being placed into systems) leaves the video skill of your better known colleagues in the retro game video field in the dust.

  • I remember when I first heard about LASER DISCS... I was like, WOOOW, this is the future... and then when the neighbors got a cd player we were all afraid it would give them cancer... because, you know.. its LASER

  • Wow, these things are pretty damn rare, so I definitely didn't see this one coming. Thanks for the in-depth overview!

  • "OOH! Now I'm getting worked up again!!! Pyramids are for humans!"

  • don't want pyramids on other planets? you guys must've hated stargate. anyhow, that thing looks wicked cool if totally unnecessary.

  • Excellent video! I know nothing about this console and this was a cool surprise!

  • Awesome episode!

  • My boss just bought one, which was broken (he bought it for the Genesis module) and sold it for a great profit. I never thought I'd see one of those behemoths in real life.

  • What an expensive console,I can just imagine how much it costed to you guys get your hand on them,Thank you

    Also,YAY! GAMESACK CITY IS BACK!

  • @Heroelime Actually the system and games were on loan.

  • Well you managed to find a console I've never heard of... Impressive...

  • 13:46 the excitement just leaps off the screen, along with the fake wig and mustache lol

  • i remember seeing these at the high end electronics store in town when i was a kid, where my dad used to buy laserdiscs. awesome in that completely unnecessary way.

  • Want.

  • Really cool episode, and I use to repair regular Laser Disc system back during my High school days for my local school system, as part of my Computer Network Tech classes. the early ones used an argon gas laser which produced a better picture, but burned out faster, and wondering if this system uses the gas laser, or a sold state based laser?

  • @clays121 It's definitely solid-state.

  • @clays121 interesting story. Thanks for watching.

  • i already forgotem that games,

  • such a crappy expensive console. thanks for reviewing it.
