  • You little babies should stop crying about that DE/DT advantage i play on the offensive line and i dont care about the advantage they got if they even got one .... This drill is all about the player that wants it more you gotta have alot of technic and you have to be aggressive So stop complaining.

  • lol! ONLY 285..... im struggling to get to 200

  • @whdunkley, that guy is right. the o-line has to do what everyone else is doing, especially when it comes down to conditioning

  • as a o-lineman myself i love the 1 on 1 drill but it is made for the DT/DE to win the o-line works best as a unit

  • one thing during the video shutup lol

  • acubanbrother Shut the fuck up

  • 76 got owned man

  • haha

  • to afrocansoul ive been a defensive cord. for 4 years and an offensive/defensive line coach the same amount of time and i promise if ur not framed up by the time the DL is there your beat im sure you have heard a coach say to a DB if the WR is even he is leavin same thing to an OL facing a DL if he is even before your up he has already won

  • do o-lineman have to run at practice?

  • very stupid question.

  • haha

  • i asked that before i started playing football i was a fat ass and didnt want to run. remember there is no stupid questions only stupid people.

  • your fucking kidding me....

  • @whdunkley yeah a ton

  • @lemonhead54445 thats a lie if i ever heard one. I didn't even play o line though.

  • naw dude i play at an 8a school in illinois. our whole team goes through brutal conditioning running. lineman are no exception

  • yes we do.

  • if you has more video like thats send them !!!

  • and people say linemen arent quick :)

  • Im a D2 olineman this is one of the best example vids ever

  • You kids are a whole different species. I was a Div. 3 offensive guard in the early-mid 70's. I was 5'6'', 165 lbs. I never got out of the scout team. The other scout team OG was 5'5", 155 lbs. But the first and second string linemen were only about 185-190 lbs. the backs were the same, or a little smaller.

Oh, and we lifted, but the college didn't have weights. We had to bring them from home to stock the weight room.

And by the way, back then we won 8 or 9 games (out of 10) a year.

  • thanks for the complement :)

  • Im not an expert, but i play o-line and the two things that hold very true, if you want to be great at pass blocking, you must set before the D linemen is in your face, never bend at the waist, and never ever reach. time up your punch and catch him right between the numbers. feel free to comment me back, im always trying to better myself and step my game up.

  • man, when they put the cam rite there on the line u can see how fast and quick these guys are. lol gotta steo my game up

  • great vid. raji was the best

  • dirty spin .19-.24

  • number 90s a beast

  • this is what i love during the senior bowl,i sometimes dont, but i never miss the linemen's 1 on 1,i learn alot

  • definitely. it's good to watch and learn from players that have made it that far. i love the nfl combine too

  • ohhh dont bend at the waist lol

  • yeah man DONT

    :D

  • how do you gain so much weight like that?do you have to work out like crazy? or eat alot

  • both and at the same time. so you don't get too big and be slow or you get fast but just not strong enough.

  • was this the year benedict was there?

  • i have no idea

  • easier question was this this past year? with leodis mckelvin?

  • Yeah, 2007 was last year. Ryan Kalil is in this one, and I believe this is his second year. i have no idea if i answered your question lol.

  • Kalil follows in the mode of Matt birk,Olen Kreutz, and Kevin Mawae. THey are all 6'2 and under 295.

  • matt birk seem much bigger den jus 295... but u r rite... datz his weight

  • Low man wins. Low man wins. I don't know how much that should be emphasized.

  • A low man =/= a short man. Legs play a huge factor on this.

  • Ryan Kaliel (pardon spelling error) is the shit. I think he will be a very solid pro lineman

  • this is an awesome video, thanks for posting it

  • Sole thanks for putting this on uce! Its fun to watch!

  • Who is the center?

  • Kalil

  • upper body agression and quik hips...

if u aint got that..u aint got nufin..

  • at 3:40 the tackle cant do a kick slide come the f on.

  • lol I bet he is a guard it looks like hes trying to do a power angle aka retarded kickslide lol... news flash buddy all guards have to do kick slides in the NFL cause the dtackles are as fast as the d ends in college... and If that is a tackle he freakin sucks for getting invited to the senior bowl... BTW good video

  • yea we do that too in my school RJ Reynolds. its fun!!

  • these guys are all fuken beasts!

  • V 93 is Ryan McBean. He was out drafted by the Steelers in the 4th round. He might be on the practice squad. I know he doesn't play.

  • well yea he probably wont play for a while cause he's a rookie

  • nr. 93, the first d-lineman, what's his name? Where does he play now?

  • o lineman can grab cloth and breast plate

  • there is so much holding in pro and college football refs just dont call it

  • when you are in the box you can hold sort of by just keeping your hands open and getting your palms on their breast/chest area of the shoulder pads - holding is kind of defined as grabbing cloth

  • you sound like a d-lineman lol

  • looks like all the offensive players are doing is holding. Where's the punch and recoil? Where's the push pull from the d-linemen?

  • is 0:33 considered holding? and others like it?

  • punch is more for just the initial hit and then you bring a guy close or lock him out depending on the size of the guy- a good move for someone who is bull rushing you is just "snatch" them down to the ground by throwing your elbows down while you have your hands around the chest portion their shoulder pads it is super effective

  • thanks for that tip

  • when a d-lineman is coming at you as hard as these future NFL players are, there is no way you can punch and recoil. The best way to beat them is through the lock-out.

  • Nice video thanks alot.

  • cool vid thx

  • very good lerning tool

  • nice man thnx for posting

  • you said it!!

  • dont bend at the waist

  • that wasn't me. >.<

  • great video

  • Ah man. This is a great video.

  • good footage even though the visuals are lacking

  • Bless you for posting thise
