    That is why she gave him co-writer credits. She unintentionally copied the song, and gave Earle credit when others noted the similarity.

  • @capsphan37 I think she finally had to give him a writing credit on the song. In "No Depression", she stated that she was listening to a lot of Earle while writing the record.
