Holy shit that Attorney General was dumb dumb dumb. The constitution was supposedly justified by "natural rights", the idea of rights inherent in man. I don't believe natural rights exist, but how can the attorney general not know that that was the basis for the US constution? This is quite disheartening.
@fringeelements Oh it was the senator. I listened while doing something else and got them confused. Well if it's a senator then it's not surprising at all.
what was found the the confiscated cash? coke (not the beverage)? if it was that, then they had no need to confiscate it because a large percentage of people test positive for cocaine without ever having a stash of that drug.
As far as not filing a police report I've heard the same thing recently. However my friend told me it should be done on the federal level to sidestep the backlash from the local cops. I was just wondering if anyone had any comments on that.
It is these very Laws that are being broken everyday by United States Police Officers all over the Country. It is also our own Government that has broken these Laws. It is this in it self what will destroy this country.
I'm not so rash as to say fuck the police because they do provide a modicum of support. However, it is true that the abuses of power and lack of checks and balances are dwindling severely! Statism throughout history has been known as the downfall of any Republic, excluding NONE! Beware my fellow Americans, DO NOT let our rights be taken. DO NOT waive your right to speak on issue which, if not resolved, shall make slaves of us and our children. Fear the Bankers! Only until it fuels you to act!!!
because it is very general advice. Like if someone told you "put oil in your car" it's good general advice but you want to ask a pro in your area that knows your specific car and your specific environment what oil to use in your situation.
Habeas Corpus... sounds like you'd have to state it YOURSELF that you have the right... at least that was the idea i felt the General Atorney was giving...
Its like saying... "we won't give you something that you must claim to have on your own"...
Its like saying "we cannot testify for you of your sanity"
He made sense... but when people are .... not very well versed in their language... and cannot read a sentence from multiple angles... it starts to sound one sided...

Stereotypes are always based in an initial (at least) partial truth. For instance, the reason that people of the Jewish faith are stereotyped as being rich is because when the christian faith was founded, the coins were imprinted with the visage of the current ruler in that area. To Christians, this was considered graven imagery (expressly forbidden in the ten commandments). Therefor, Jews were mainly the money handlers, having no such restrictions. I've never met a poor banker, have you?
Uh... you do know that the Ten Commandments are listed in both Exodus and Deuteronomy, which are part of the Jewish Torah, don't you? The Ten Commandments apply to Jews as well (though there are some differences regarding interpretation). You really should do some research before you speak (or type) about a particular topic.
Wonderful, well Mr. Smarty pants, why were the Jews(God's chosen people) allowed to handle "graven imagery" while Christians were not? I may be wrong about the ten commandments having anything to do with it, but you have failed to disprove my main point.
He destroyed your evidence, so there is no need to "disprove" your main premise. As dismantling the evidence for your argument is essentially disproving it.
Anyways, I love this channel. It has taught me a lot, thanks!
sure cops profile..but then, in NYC for instance, blacks are 28% of the population..but an alarming 65% of crime. I wonder why there's stereotyping???.............
500 characters isn't enough to explain this situation that happened to me. The cops were a white and black cop just like Rage against the machine warns against. I was almost shot because of profiling because I was asked these questions and answered the same way 2x and I spoke up and said look The reason I am leaving so early becasue I need to go to work and I need to get going I said I want to hand you my license to give you proof and they shouted don't do it don't do it over and over as I did.
I allowed them to search my car sadly they had it in their minds I was guilty of a crime that there was no way a white boy is in south central in a new car not looking for drugs. I am very luck they didn't shoot b/c you know what they do if they shoot an innocent man they plant a gun and swear that I was going for that gun. I know for a fact the police are not concerned about law violators they are after those they are told to pursue.
We have reverse profiling too where I lived in south central LA I was on my way to work 0300 was pulled over guns pointed at my head. The question was "what are you doing in this neighborhood" my answer I live here they asked can you prove it I said sure registration, license, insurance other documents they were silent still pointing the guns at me.... They thought I was there to buy drugs! I was a Jehovah whiteness I didn't do drugs I was white living in a black neighborhood big crime in LA.
If you're a law-abiding citizen, please do assert your constitutional rights against tyrannical police behaviour. However, if you're a law breaker, please don't, because, if you do, the courts/legislatures will eventually use you as an excuse to take away these rights for all of us.
I know that this might sound strange, but please take my word for it, for the sake of freedom.
Yeah, that kind of capitulation to oppressive governance worked out really well for the people Germany. [/sarcasm] You're thinking that there's one magic formula that everyone could follow to make it all right. Change doesn't happen that way; it's much more complex and unpredictable.

I was encouraging the law-abiding capitulate to assert their rights, but this series of videos is addressed mainly to law breakers, teaching them how to break the law with impunity. The fact that such is being pushed by the communist-founded ACLU is not surprising. Knowing the ACLU's history, the real agenda here is probably to get law breakers to assert these rights until the government has an excuse to take them away.
Ask yourself: Why are they addressed to law breakers?
Th video is not aimed at aiding lawbreakers to break the law. Watch it again. It is concerned with POLICE VIOLATIONS OF THE CONSTITUTION AND UNAMERICAN POLICING PRACTICES WHICH PREY ON PERVASIVE IGNORANCE OF THE CONSTITUTION.
Anyway, another point which could be made: if booze is legal, then marijuana, a safer, less addictive, less destructive drug, should also be legal.

Why do you think they call it "The Criminal Justice System"? Because it's named after those who are running it. Government. The true criminal class!

Awesome information gentlemen. My question is completely genuine.
How does one (you) recommend "the best practice..." and that not be interpreted as legal advice?
I think your information is powerful and in great need of the average person. Keep up the great work!
