@12chapin I'd say that one which I forget the name of right now...I think it's one of the stars in Melty Monster Galaxy in World 6 where you have to be Rock Mario the whole time and go down that track where star bit crystals are everywhere and you break them as you jump across gaps. You also have to bounce of the railings towards the last part...

dude you do realize that there is still one more star to go i have 242 stars. the last star is a comet for this galaxy where you have to do the whole thing without getting hit once, to unlock it you have to deposit 9999 star bits in the toad bank. but it doesn't tell you the comet appeared.

@DestinyHeroFlamer Collect all original 120 stars (you'll need to comet coin from each level to do so), then beat the final boss again. Now, you'll have to go through every level again and unlock 120 more "green" stars, which are essentially stars hidden throughout the original courses. After you do that this Grandmaster Galaxy will be unlocked. Moreover, if you collect 9999 star bits and complete this level (and get the comet coin as well) you will unlock a comet star for this galaxy.

Once you're able to breeze through the first 3 parts, it gets really challenging. It's a blast backflipping in the cloud mario stage!

The Daredevil version is ruthless... The last part with the Hammer Bros is crazy!

There are 242 stars? I got all the green stars and Comet Coins, including the one on the Grandmaster Galaxy, and I can only find 241. Is it randomly hidden like the last star in the first Super Mario Galaxy, or does it just not actually exist? Either way, I'm glad this game has as many stars as it does because it's AMAZING.

Nice job. I have a question. How do you get a Gold crown next to a Galaxy? When I did Rightside Down Galaxy, I didn't die on the first star, but when I did the secret star, I failed the crate busting challenge a few times (but eventually beat it). When I got the star and returned to Starship Mario, the crown was silver instead of gold.

@KRFan88 The silver crown means that you got all the yellow stars in the galaxy. The gold crown means that you got all the yellow AND green stars in the galaxy (the green stars only appear in the levels after you collect all 120 yellow stars)

It appears there are only 241 stars. Although it was fun watching you play this over and over and over and over and over and over and over for 5 hours waiting for the comet. Seriously Nintendo, what's the freaking POINT in even putting the Comet Medal in this galaxy if it doesn't do anything? You'd expect to get SOMETHING for collecting it, and therefore all comet medals.
