Superheating water to make it explode

If you boil water in the microwave for several minutes all the impurities are removed and it superheats, then bubbles then superheats again and so on.

@Hoopermazing Pure water is filtered water, it depends on how good the filters are which makes the water distilled.

@filippo333 I'm talking about tap water filtered through a Brita water filter, not distilled water. Distilled water, as I understand the term, is water that is boiled and then allowed to condense, thus removing its mineral content.
