  • @ourobourous2000,lol.Yesitsarecording is one of those people like anoynmous who need to google the law aswell as rules and regulations of private property. He should stick to his day job at the junior School Gazzet Hope you got good pictures..

  • @yesitsarecording

Your a lying sack of shit.

Your NOT a fucking journalist, You would be lucky if you got a part time column in your local junior school mag, prick.

  • topshop

  • Y were you filming this ? the pigs were already filming it

  • haha so funny when you keep saying youre a journalist and you've got the freedom of the press. What a douche.

  • I agree with crafty002

  • Ahhhh little bearded twat got removed and was being a pain in the arse, he should have been pepper sprayed! the fuckin rat voiced little mug!

  • police did what they should have done, they were putting off shoppers and deserved what they got. ok, they were not being violent in the shop but in big numbers they can be intimidating to other shopers and when it's time to go, it's time to go.

  • Stop fraudulently claiming to be something you're not. Putting on a blue jacket doesn't make you a cop and playing with a camera doesn't make you a reporter, journalist, or member of the press. You're none of those. Foremost, someone actually employed in those professions would never behave like you did (screaming assault where it doesn't exist, calling cops idiots, etc). Instead, you're just a guy with a camera and an agenda. Nothing more. Stop claiming otherwise.

  • I think you'll find it wasn't the police officer and security guard who were idiots. "Journalist" is not a freedom pass to get in the way of constables trying to carry out their work, and you aren't even a real journalist - you're a sad wannabe who needs to actually contribute to society.

  • @Crafty002 I was not in the way, I was behind them and they were moving forwards.

  • Your just a twat. Get a real job.

  • the more the police and security services continue to oppress the people that they claim to protect and serve, the more the people will see that what is legal is dictated by who ever has the bigger stick. the only power these people have is what we give them, all it would have taken to stop this illegal kidnapping is a handful of the general public taking five minutes to intervene then the outcome would be up to the police: peaceful protest or a big fuck off riot.

  • Deal with it thats the way the world works and your not going to change shit. What youve done had already been tried and they didnt change a thing so what makes you think your any differant?Just another dilluded generation that think they are special and they can change the world just like the 60s,70s, and 80s.Only hing is nothins changed its still the same old goverment, Banks and coprorations getting away with shit.People power is dead.

  • Get a job you Uni fee,Free loading,Tree hugging tramps and stop bothering the good folk at Top Shop!Yes it is private property for all you un and over educated tossers who have no idea how the world works.Oh by the way when you do eventually get your Graduation OR drop out ill have fries with my coke, lol.

  • Cameron's pig society

  • LOVE IT!! the officer said you were on private property. HELLO!! its a shopping center!!?

  • @tyronerodriguezuno Err Shopping centre is private property

  • LOVE IT!!

  • @pvpfiish I think youll find our wrong. Its private property owned by a consortium (Corporation yes)Its not owned by the council so its private land.Check your shit first before replying. The reason I know?I work for the company in security and I am familiar with the law. They were asked 3 times to leave.Once you are Trespassing, 2 or 3 times makes that aggrivated Tresspassing.Dont believe me?Fine check it out on the internet.

  • Ok look this is going nowhere so Im going to wrap this up quickly as I have got snow to shovel from my driveway and paint to watch dry.Look take it to court and see if you get anywhere with it but I seriously think you will loose your case.Good day sir..

  • @yesitisrecording.I think youll find your wrong and my comments were not invalid and you really dont have a leg to stand on as you will find out if you take this to a court of law.Have fun with that one.

  • @Pulpedtoafiction31

You really should be more familiar with the law before making such comments. 1980 Highways Act, 5 step process for ejecting persons from private property was not followed.

  • Calling the Policeman an idiot and being agressive in tone also doesnt help your case either. The Security guard was polite and clearly asked you to leave. If you refuse he has the right to physically escort you of site. You was tresspassing on private property when you was asked to leave and put up a stink about it.Thats Bye Bye time for you.

  • @Pulpedtoafiction31

The guard did not follow legal procedure, he only has the right to remove anyone by follwing said procedure, hence the rest of your argument is invalid. I "put up a stink" about being assaulted. I called the copper an idiot as he acted as one, I had Identified myself as an independent member of the press who was only recording and at all times was behind the police as they moved forwards. Your argument is again, invalid.

  • @Pulpedtoafiction31 also its not private property its corporate property which entitles it to be public property.

  • You want to protest thats your right but the BullRing Shopping Centre is Private property owned by Hammerson and Donaldsons so the Security staff have the right to eject them out of the centre. If they want to protest on the street then they are free to do so.Private Highway act 1980.Oh by the way unless that so called Journalist has a permit he is not permited to film on the premises.

  • SHUT UP YOU WHINING TWAT!!!!!!!!!

  • Private property why carnt any one get that in to their heads. Yes you have a right to protest on PUBLIC property but bullring shopping centre is not public in any way. There are signs up all over the place for goodness sake explaining that it isn't. They had no right to be there and I thank the police and security for moving these spoilt children who have a tantrum when the world don't go their way. And as for the guy with the camera you was the aggressive one u had no respect from the outset

  • @saicho88

That is your opinion and you are welcome to it, these "kids" expressed theirs peacefully, in a free country, they should have that right. I do not get how joking with the police was aggressive, nor how politely conversing with them means I had no respect. I only got wound up when I was assaulted, not before.

  • @yesitisrecording Can i come into your living room then and "protest" against climate change or whatever it is? ofc not because it's private property. just like this shopping centre they had no right to protest there, peacefully or otherwise. The police were trying to remove disruptive people and diffuse the situation, and you were antagonising them by closely following them whether you realise that or not.

  • @saicho88 very well put. It would be wise to not get involved in private property, as the law states they can remove anyone they like who is asked to leave and refuses with reasonable force. YOU WERE TRESPASSING as soon as he told you to leave

  • Police and security acted professionally. The camera man is very unprofessional, abusive, obstructive and aggressive. This was PRIVATE property don’t forget, there is not right to protest on private property, and rightly so. If it was public property, then a different story. Camera man let himself down here.

  • @jendrixhendrix

In what way did I let myself down? I recorded an interesting incident that I wasn't involved in, I am not a profesional, I was not abusive at all, I did not obstruct anyone (I was behind them and they were moving forwards) and only got wound up after I was assaulted. The security were the unprofessional ones as they did not follow the 5 step process outlined in the Highways Act 1980 for ejection from private premesis.

  • Why did the police and security suddenly break up the protest? Aren't we allowed to protest in Britain any more?

  • @PhantaJisto Private shopping centre! If protesters were in your house, telling you they wernt happy with the way you went about your business, would you complain if the cops moved you??? Think about it!

  • @jendrixhendrix I see. Didn't realise you can't protest in indoor shopping centres... Bit weird to see security and police breaking up such a small group and sending them packing.

(if they moved *me* from my own house I would complain, but i getcha ;)

  • @PhantaJisto moved them*

  • I was there that day some of them security guards couldn't wait to start chucking them kids around, dragging them across the floor apart from that fat chick took THREE big blokes to lift her bout an inch of the floor lol well funny

  • @yesitisrecording You're welcome

  • POLICE NEED TO BE STOPPED

  • What a waste of time and effort, all that was achieved by "protesting" was wasting police and security's time.

Did you think you were gonna be allowed to just stand there and protest without being removed? Think of it logically, your on private property, of course your gonna get removed.

Philip Green is a wanker and should be made to pay back what he owes but protesting outside Topshop on a busy Christmas weekend isn't gonna help, it just makes you all look like your in it to cause trouble.

  • @Sara140384

I wasn't protesting, I was reporting events, that's why I was late, I was chasing news. The only reason I am familiar with them is from the Brum council house occupation I covered earlier in the week. Check out vodaphoneprotest for earlier footage.

  • @yesitisrecording I never said you were, I was directing my comments to any of the protesters that are reading the comments here.

But you should have you press pass ready when you first when in, it would have saved you getting shoved around, just saying.

  • @Sara140384

I identified myself as a journalist to the police sergeant early on, it was security who ejected me innitially, the copper at the end was unaware I was uninvolved.

  • well - that achieved a lot.

  • What a self-righteous odious turd. "Unhand me, unhand me....assault". Really? Could have been resolved by showing a press card. Owning a camera and turning up to film a protest does not automatically make you an independent journalist.

  • @dmorris177

Yes, really, they did not follow procedure, I was not given opertunity to show a press pass. Actually, it does.

  • I'd rather be a tax dodger than a soap dodger! This protester reckons he's a journalist ?ha. What a joke. He is a bearded tosser! Get a life mate. The police and security staff acted very professionally. And if he had to pay 120 million pounds tax a year I'm should he'd live in Monaco too! It's just jealousy!

  • @Smithy2010

I was not protesting, the police and security did not follow the 5 step process necessary under S31 Highways Act 1980. I do not get how accusing someone of obstuction when they are behind another who is walking forward is proffesional.

  • YES! BEAT THEM DOWN WITH YOUR LOGIC!

  • @wombat989

    Thank you.

  • Well, it beats shopping.

  • interesting video - ty for uploading

  • @AlexFate101

    Thank you.

  • To behave Lawfully, i.e. no harm, theft, fraud or damage, and yet to have the revenue collectors chasing Benny Hill style proves their motive is to generate revenue. The only way to keep up will be to jettison the body armour. Are they confident they have the respect of the people? I ask all concerned to keep fit by walking briskly or TROTTING in their daily routine. Move fast, do not be kettled or detained. Multiple individuals and groups TROTTING in all directions on warm days equals freedom.

  • What can I say? These guys are so eager for physical contact one wonders what their motive could be? It is true we need coordinated actions to decentralize the activity. It is very noticeable in some of the recent London videos that getting separated from the rest of the gang is scary for the revenue collector types. We who work alone do not have that fear. It is also obvious that a little running about in body armour is hot and tiring in cold weather. What happens when it's warmer?

    continued

  • Dynamite kid.

  • @clkwze

    Thank you.

  • That is assault andyou should report it.

  • @signalnorth Sorry but - it's not assault. Private land owners asked this man to leave. He didn't, or wasn't leaving at a reasonable rate. If you asked someone in your house to leave and they didn't, you could use force to eject them. Police won't listen to this complaint.

  • @202RJ Well...youv'e picked ur side haven't you. Obviously you think it's right for billions of pounds of tax to be dodged by the rich while billions of pounds of cuts to services are applied. Fuck you.....

  • @rtubem Yes, I have picked my side. The Law. And working showers. I don't think it's right to dodge what you owe, but if there is a rule to allow you some hard earned money back, then why not. If HMRC send you a cheque for a few hundred quid would you send it back saying "Oh no, I couldn't possibly!" No. You go: Cheers! Your lack of reasoned debate and you resorting to monosyllabic swear words only pushes normal people away from you. P.S. If you had a good wash you might get a job.

  • @202RJ

Lack of reasoned debate? You are the one who began by lobbing insults based on preconceptions, please follow your own advice.

  • @202RJ Reasoned debate...well u certainly started that with your assumptions about who i am and what i do for a living..which are wrong. This is not about the Law it is about whether it is right or wrong for multi-millionaires to avoid taxes. The Law can change..just depends whether there is a will to change it

  • @202RJ

They did not follow the 5 step process necessary under S31 Highways Act 1980. Laying your hands on someone against their will is common law assault in the UK. I was not asked to leave and I was following them out.

  • We need actions over all different parts of different citys on a co-ordinated day. The police would never contain the demo's then.

  • @signalnorth

    That's exactly what this was.

  • assault and kidnap

what right did these enforcers have to do this

  • great upload

this is the people in action

    thanks for being there

    peace

  • @psychodrilla

    Thank you.
