Jenny did not even bother answering Nikki's calls, and that is a part of her mistake, she should have done the right thing (that is answering Nikki's phone calls) and she and Nikki would have meet somewhere else and Nikki would have hooked up Shane when Shane tried to prey and seduce Nikki. Jenny was wrong to say that Nikki is dead to her.
