Nachdem Moser gestorben ist, ist auch für mich die Serie gestorben :-( Tobias Moretti war perfekt für die Rolle des Polizisten. Dadurch verlor auch die Serie den Charm.... Die ersten vier Staffeln waren nach wie vor die Besten!!! Alles was danach kam nur noch Müll!!!

On the one hand, it is phylosophic aspect of such case. It shows us that nothing is eternal in our life. Sometimes even the best may die. But, on the other hand, it is sad for such great show. I suppose that creators may write Moser off, but in another may. For example, they may give him a promotion, or he could leave city for another job. When the series will end I would like to see the meeting of Rex and Moser, even if it takes place in another world!

@NEMESIS1191 Alex died, too, but in many countries this episode (and many others) was not released; and Bock left because after the death of Alex he was too sad, in fact he saw 2 men (Moser and Alex) dying for their job...

Doctor Graf is the only character who is always present in the serie, even in the italian scenes, sometimes! I remember I was 7 when in my country the series began, I loved it from the first time and I liked Moser and the dog. When his character died, I was sad (I was so young too).

He was the best, Moser and Rex were the best team together. After his character's death I watched the Brandtner series but it wasn't the same. When Rex got new owner's I stopped watching the show.

Noo eihän se mulkku muistaakseni ole mutta sarja vaan luonnollisesti menetti hohtonsa kun alkuperäinen silloin niin ihana/hurmaava ja mitä vielä "sankari" vaihtuu johonkin aivan erilaiseen heppuun. Nykyäänhän kun Rexin huomasin alkaneen ja katsoin ihan muistellakseni miltäs se Moser näyttikään niin lähinnä naureskelin ihastuksilleni. :D
