Great song from a great and creative band. The message still rings true to this day. Even my father(rest his soul) liked them. Although many of my dads generation considered Mason Proffit "subversive," he disagreed and simply stated that truth is often subversive to those that would do humanity harm for their own selfish interests. This music should be heard by our new generation(s). I have started with my own kids and grand kids. By the way, KILLER guitar work and excellent rhythm section work.
I love Mason Proffit and the Talbot Brothers. I just came across the motherload of Jesus People music of the 70's. Several of Terry's solo efforts are included Tons of mp3s from the time period. I'd love to post some of them on youtube but can't seem to be able to.
never missed these guys when they played in southern illinois...they are great

Was at a Mason Profitt concert in Denver. After the 1st song, some idiot yelled "boogie". They walked off stage and never returned.

We need much more Mason Proffi, what incredible band this was. Only Poco can be compared and Flying Burritos on their fast songs.
