Where have you taken lessons at, it doesn't seem as if you follow the normal rules art composition, which makes your art appear more expressive and alive versus the infamous grid method of death. Have you ever considered your tonal values or the poster method currently being utilized by Anthony Ryder, might be worth looking into, P.S. Natural lighting from a slightly northerly direction might help.

The nose is too big compared to the lips, also the lips are too close to the nose, same thing with the eyes and eyebrows, plus learn some shading. im guessing you used some photo, thats why theres the strange angle.but hey not so bad in case you havent taken any drawing classes.
