  • fry the fat again and you have pig skins or chicharons very good for you and low in carbs.

  • it's weird that lard has a neutral flavor.you can also make chicken lard.it might not sound good but my grandma,who lived on a farm, used chicken lard for some of her baking. it was a good thing i loved the cookies before i knew what went into them. lol
