The lengthy pauses are great, gives one enough time to visualise and feel. Although I must admit that during the first pause I began to think you had left, hahaha... (Luckily you came back :)
So relaxing...Sally sets the pace perfectly. Time to see, hear, feel and be there with a lovely affirmation at the end. I "went" back ti India... Love her voice. Witchhare.
