Simply make a "2 layered" explsive. Napalm goes on top, explosive on the bottom. When it goes off, it propels the burning napalm "gel". Just careful, that gel doesn't come off.

you mean some substance that would convert it from oxygen otherwise? smart but idk how expensive those are and idk if that would work ; it is a possibility i guess, but he also could have just put some of it in a canister i guess, he might say in his other vids. also possible that he put in a firework in the middle of it and the fuse was connected to tht; as in a firework covered with napalm and then possibly put in some container which would build pressure.

depends how big the hole is in terms of pressure, and how fast the explosive is-like in metres per second. A small hole and a fast explosive-won't have any time to lose pressure before the container ruptures.
