yeah, it sounds like he's underwater because i tried to clean up the audio (the actual song sounds better, but the 1st part is worse), he says "this one's for the black eyed peas" and at the end he says "happy birthday"

Cool video, too bad it sounds like he's underwater.  I really wish I could have been there, but I had two finals back-to-back the next day, like I do every year that Dick Dale comes to town.
