There's a kid in San jose who's already been infected with this swine flue virus and his school is abut 20 miles from my place.

That may be true about no outbreaks in the SF area, but what about our neighboring areas like Oakland and Daly City? If there was an outbreak in SF, what steps would be taken to avoid any other civilians to be infected?
