My parakeets play like that two, they also fight over they're toys. The boy is named Nurri and the girl Nanni. And you must know how the females are; greedy and the superior ones of the species...

He taught himself. I would put a toy on the box for him and whenever he pushed it off, I'd put it back on for him. Eventually he learned to put toys back on himself :) He has taught my other budgie, Ike, to play like that as well.
