I live in Aus. where we've had a huge increase in knife attacks

But r ppl allowed to carry any protection like mace,tasers,extendible batons or wear any type of armour? No!

The Gov. just does what it always does with Law enforcement here: increase fines & jail sentences,which is oh so helpful when you're already raped,robbed,crippled or dead

Laws only work for law abiding citizens

Criminals & thugs will always carry weapons & do whatever their weak minds tell them to,regardless of the penalties

Its American irresponsibility that is to blame for MOST of the gun deaths here. And of those, MOST of the deaths associated with guns, are gang related. Not random psychopaths on shooting sprees. Just my opinion. But I personally don't see any problem with mature, responsible people owning weapons for defense against animals, and potentially people. Its a double edged sword.

The "kevlar" clothes are a great idea, but criminals arent deterred by kevlar; they are deterred by knowing their targets are equipped and prepared to do violence to defend themselves. I carry a firearm everywhere I go. Anyone attempting to hurt me or a loved one will find themselves in a sticky situation.
