  • Oh Dutch, would you please NEVER use straps anymore when doing the snatch? I've seen 2 terrible accidents now with people who used straps while snatching. Both resulting in long-term injuries. And they both were very experienced lifters too.

    You can't drop the weight if you have to. And what are you gonna do when you lose the weight behind you?
