Yes i know im a bigass noob becuz ive only had mario kart for like 2 weeks or 1 1/2 and way i was just wonder how to hold the 1 green shell or 1 banana peel like that and keep it behind to protect you from shells and what not, and please dont gimme any responses like WOW NOOB, or somthing, because i mean i would just like some help

That was only for the first race. The Spear has the worst handling of any kart/bike in the game. Plus, its Sherbet Land. He'd be absouletly screwed if he didn't.

If you go on the fast stream in Koopa Cape, if you just stay on it, that'll give you a really good speed. But if you go on the ramp, it will give you a boost, but not like the stream it just gives you only a tiny one.

if u have automatic drift the b trigger will put the items behind u, but if u have manualy the d pad uses your items

auto mode can make sharper turns, and besides, bikes are not that good at drifting.

Some bikes are not, like Torpedo/Spear.. Some are REALLY good, like Mach Bike (Which I usually play with..)

The Mach Bike is not actually good, because it's slow when you get hit and you start the engines again...

heres a tip, the mach bike is a great bike. To avoid the accelleration problem, just do a burn out for a mini turbo whenever u get hit by an item. For automatic, the buttons are 1 and 2. For manuel, the buttons are B and 2. Hope i helped =D

They are! Bikes are cool like the Bubble Bike that I've got it goes fast when you rev up again.

Like the Spear/Torpedo and the Mach Bike (or Runner Mach like I call it), it drifts so far from the sequence that you are in.

But like the Phantom and the Twinkle Star, it drifts like the Wario Bike completely.

I suck at sherbert land on the torpedo coz i keep crashing. Somehow i managed 2 du a time trial on it without crashing. (only to beat it straight away on the bowser bike)
