tell you some thing, i have seen once a girl in south lodon with a similar type of eyes ,but more explicit, in this case we canot se properly because his blue eyes seem camuflaged, but the one i saw was amazing, she had some kind of cat eye or a bit similar to the one on the video when is tilted. she refused to stare at me since i triedto look properly at her, she was obviously an alien of some sort, maybe reptilian.

A debunking idea might be that this guy has blue eyes, but he has black circles around them,
when his eyelids are low, it seems that it be a reptilian eye but its the blackness around the iris.
From another view point you see that the eyes are not blue all the time but change to a yellowish tint. Strange..
