mri have shown no significant increase in motor unit recruitment for 1 chest exercise over another.you hit incline,the residual is lower and middle chest.i personally know peoplw who hate benh and incline,but love the weighted dips and have built an outstanding chest with overall development.same with just incline etc.you simply cant isolate.
hey i dont workout at the gym so i dont have a cable machine for me to use and my bench at home only does flat bench and incline so i cant do decline bench press but that dumbbell fly with your ass elevated i can DO! ;D thanks but will this exercise alone be enough to do my lower tits?

Don't be one of those guys that buys all his shirts from Baby Gap just cuz you pack on some muscle... it looks ridiculous and makes you look like ur trying to hard. Stick with shirts that fit you... don't worry, girls will still notice AND they wont think ur a tool.
your pecs are just one muscle, definition in the chest depends on your all so annoying bf% but hey it's just advice right? You can do what ever you... wish :D
@HakuCell Dips are great and do assist, especially if you pause at the bottom for 1/2 sec, I just wanted to show three movements most people might not already do for the lower chest!
@RickBlood37 Pushups will only get you so far. As you'll plateau rather quickly and they won't grow. Pullups also work the chest, and if you're only working out at home, consider getting dumbbells and doing flyes on the floor.
