  • mri have shown no significant increase in motor unit recruitment for 1 chest exercise over another.you hit incline,the residual is lower and middle chest.i personally know peoplw who hate benh and incline,but love the weighted dips and have built an outstanding chest with overall development.same with just incline etc.you simply cant isolate.

  • Decline bench press is not made to built your lower chest! Peopke have a wrong misconception about the decline bench press..it is made to do the same function as a flat bench press but without the usage of the back and shoulders for support...hope you don't take this the wrong way i just had to point it out! :D

  • does it target the chest more if you grip the barbell with thumbs aligned with index finger? i know for back workouts like rows it helps to grip like that, just curious

    Incorporate cardio exercises

    You can or u can jump rope or do movements like burpies

  • @HakuCell Dips are great and do assist, especially if you pause at the bottom for 1/2 sec, I just wanted to show three movements most people might not already do for the lower chest!

  • @RickBlood37 Pushups will only get you so far. As you'll plateau rather quickly and they won't grow. Pullups also work the chest, and if you're only working out at home, consider getting dumbbells and doing flyes on the floor.

    my suggestion for your next video is energy systems and which exercise types target which energy systems and why.... aerobic, anaerobic, etc etc etc.

    you mention them so many times in allot of your videos but you've never really introduced them or explained what they are.
