For all the younger future generations...... children....all the children of the world.. especially the underpriviledged.... today. I too... sing in the spirit of a noble woman, Rosa Parks.
OMG, I LOVE THIS SONG !!!!!! My mom had the whole cd, I knew it from beginning to ending ! I remember when it first came out in 1995, I was just a little girl. One of the greatest collaborations in gospel history. :)
I heard this song along time ago, but never knew there was a video to it. This is the best, of course I know if Fred Hammond has his golden hands in this, it can only be the best in togetherness among the best of Gospel Singers, the man is a genius @ everything he touch. This is the 1st time Iv heard the song in a long time. (Loving It in, LA) ! ! !
In Order from beginning Vanessa Bell Armstrong,Shirley Caesar,Fred Hammond,John P Kee,Tramaine Hawkins,Ann Nesby,Darryl Coley,Bishop Paul S Morton,Yolanda Adams,Donnie McCurklin The Man at 2:50-3:02 I dont know his name.
This is a great song, im white and not religious in any way at all, but this song also means something to me, its just a great song all round, those white people on that bus were just plain evil people, i hope people dont judge all white people on the way those men acted that day, Black or White, we are all human.
Thank you Momma Rosa! This song and the great artist who added their talent to this project are amazing! The strength and power felt through the music and the voices is..........is........Whew!! Go ahead yawl!! Amen? Amen.
