FISA is an open violation of both The Constitution of the United States and The Declaration of Human Rights. No member of Congress, The Senate or even the President of the United States has the right to bring this bill in law.
The very act of executing this law is a TREASONOUS violation of International and local laws.

You're not the only one. I think Obama is going to be a pretty big disappointment to his supporters in terms of the issues. This really isn't much to do with Obama personally, but is simply a result of the fact that he is applying for an institutional role, with strong institutional pressures. The U.S. is really only a democracy in a watered-down superficial sense.

Well, I saw a rumor somewhere on the web that there was a secret meeting planning Marshall law because the government thinks the economy will totally collapse in the fall.
