its awesome that you have the maori and cook island tattoo. i just recognized it when i was replaying the sons of anarchy season 3. tumeke rekareka bro. representing my culture cheers.
@Pickedrose I am in aww of your ed-u-mackation. Seriously so smart so smart how wood this channole surlive with out use crude way of pointen out how much more ed-u-mackated use is then the personwho channole this are.
Lol no seriously why don't you do us all a favor and just share a link to your channels that way all the dis-respectful folks out there can follow your history channel and leave the this channel for the folks whom want to comment in a positive way.
@Pickedrose no runic symbols are not "heavy occultic witchcraft/satanic stuff" runic symbols are in fact a alphabet from back before the middle ages just like the roman alphabet or the Latin alphabet.do people who practice occultism or Wicca use runes yes but they are not heavy witchcraft stuff if they do use runes its mainly as what they are an alphabet or even in divination like a crystal ball or tarot cards.so if your going to spew your diarrhea of the mouth Please get all you facts straight.
@PickedRose It's called Respect. If you are interested in a culture so much that you are willing to get one of their traditional designs tattooed onto your body at least learn how to pronounce it right.
You're pronouncing Maori wrong! It's not pronounced May-ori. It's Māori. Emphasis is on the A. If you're going to get a tattoo from a different culture have the respect to research it and learn how to pronounce it properly.
Didn't know you had some norwegian in you, Kurt - that's cool! Love the nordic tattoo's and there's plenty more cool and interesting tattoo ideas to get from scandinavian history ;)! Greetings from Norway! Stå på og lykke til!
Nice stuff. I got my tat at Zulu a few years ago cause they were the best in town at any kind of ancient script, symbols, etc. Did a great job on my sanskrit lettering. F'in pros.

I like your Ideas. I was thinking about tribal sleeves for years and wanted to get one arm in a Danish Style and the other arm in a Celtic Irish style. I wanted it to maybe cross my back and intertwine and shit. In the end, I started the first arm. it's only half sleeve so far but it's kinda a Viking battle scene. The second sleeve (When I get around to it) will be celtic Irish Tribal! :D
May orian? If you're going to ink yourself up with the art of a culture you know nothing about you should at least learn how to pronounce their fucking name.
I think you summed it up best with 'tribal shit'..
Love the tat, but apart from the runes this has absolutely nothing to do with Scandinavia. The Scytheans originated from the Black Sea/Caspian sea. And the Ice Man with the tats was found in Switzerland.
That's a lot of ink, bro! NOBODY will give you a job now! =P I too have Nordic blood (Norwegian I think). Only a quarter, though. Okay, can't think of anything witty, so that's my cue to exit!
the warrior princess that was found is the source of the tats that you seem to be talking about, Scythians, Amazonian warriors, were buried with their horses and weapons. I would think Norwegian would be more of a Viking background, RUNES!!!!
@sutterinksoa I didn't mean to offend you. But in fact even an iPhone can produce way better video quality. You are either recording in very low resolution or your encoding is bad, probable the second. I'd like to help you on this but California is thousands of miles away from my place. Greetings from Germany!
Hey Man, Your maorian ink is what us Maori people from New Zealand call Ta Moko, and yeah it does have a lot of meaning. But bro come down to NZ and get your ink done here maybe in a Marae (maori house) you will feel the power behind the meaning of your Ta Moko. I swear.

Ouch, isn't that shit painful? Anyone know how it is compared to a nose piercing? Cause I gave that guy a black eye....but I did win the bet.
