The author sounds like he actually knows his stuff, but what an awful and unforgiving format. How unfair to introduce the book with a clip of Victor Meldrew! I'm sure the presenters must also get tired of the trite, banality that has to accompany, and countermeasure, any subject of genuine depth and value that might actually get the audience thinking.

My opinion is that the theories are excellent, but it's poorly written, and because it's poorly written, it has been poorly received. There are spelling mistakes and it just doesn't have a natural flow. It's sort of hard to take seriously, which is a shame.
