@RubeMeek Dude just so you know Iam a trainer extending your arms behind your head like this makes the exercise harder its called the laws of physics the further something has to travel the harder you can make situps and squats etc harder by extending your arms above your head.

Arms don't swing behind head Saddam Knobula. Teach your clients correctly please. Swinging them behind head means compensation against the abs.
