Here is some constructive criticism from one musician to another... after you learn a nice lick, don't practice it over and over because it sounds good... move on and work on things that sound bad, it will make you a more versatile player. I liked the backbeat you would use to kick off your fills but it became trite from overuse. Your on your way to having a nice sound but you need to switch it up so we don't hear the same fills over and over again. Keep up the good work. peace.

The only thing I can suggest is to relax and take your time. Stop trying so hard. Chill on one beat for much longer without moving it around.

Try and break it up with different grooves and stop doing so many drum fills. They're quite honestly terrible.
