Actually, it's about the chibi (mostly) girl figures you get in them. It's a guy who collects them and is obsessed with them, and in the game (based on what I gathered from the opening) the figures come to life and get jealous of each other and are anatomically correct(ish) and judging from the lyrics, he does things to them they don't mind because they're made of plastic and can't get wet...
