11 people who do not think that the men and women who fight and die everyday arent woth anything I wish there was some unanimous idea that the Armed Forces should be looked upon with respect
I ask myself from time to time...is this country worth dying for worth killing for? this is serious the most serious of all.
I keep coming up with the same answer that America as flawed as it is is all I know and all I want to know. I have young family that will live, that will experience the same freedoms and liberties and opportunities that I have been granted. Or I will die,
Politicians are the ones who decide to goto war, and generally don't have to pay the price for their decision (unless they are conquered). A soldier prays for peace, I don't know anyone who is sane who enjoys having someone trying to kill them. They serve inorder to protect their society (and its ideals), their community, and their loved ones... I always make a point to thank soldiers for their service to the Republic.
All those other guys who say they defend freedom... do they do what the soldiers do and fight with their lives on the line with a choice of cover or religion?

Awesome video. Way better than mine (funny how we used the same song). The only thing I would've changed is to take out the casket/funneral at 2:54. No offense, I know you didn't mean any harm, but you shoudn't include any caskets or anything out of respect for the families of those deceased. You may not have any clue as to who the soldier/sailor/airman was or who they are related to, but you should still have some respect.

I dont think there is a man or woman who wouldnt stop everything and fight to protect this country if attacked or help with a national disaster like Katrina. However, the National Guard should only be called for national emergencies. During the latest war, the National Guard left their jobs, families, and life to be deployed and dont even get all the benefits of active-duty soldiers. They were the cheapest to deploy. They should always remain on US soil.That was their true intent when formed.

My eldest brother went to a marine training camp, and almost went to war. Then he jumped out of a helicopter without a parachute on a dare and broke his leg and got sent home. ^_^

Private sector Security would rather remain Private, so a PSC would not aid Obama in the ways you suggest as it would be detrimental to the company. Stop crying "wolf" over every little incident and trying to make every incident fit your cause, lest when you have a legitimate valid concern to cry out over, no one listens because of the false alarms. Also, the PSC in Hardin was contracted by the city, so it is hard to say that the PSC is Occupied (implying hostile occupation) when they were hired

I dont think there is a man or woman who wouldnt stop everything and fight to protect this country if attacked or help with a national disaster like Katrina. However, the National Guard should only be called for national emergencies. During the latest war, the National Guard left their jobs, families, and life to be deployed and dont even get all the benefits of active-duty soldiers. They were the cheapest to deploy. They should always remain on US soil.That was their true intent when formed.
