this is the easiest boss besides maiden... you just gotta burn the adds quickly.. if there are more than 2 out, your ranged grp is fucked... then you wipe when ur heals are in trouble lol... as a warrior i just spend my time intercepting those spark things and victory rush, whirlwind, and cleaving the shit outa them lol and depending what kinda tank we have i'll throw sunders on the Curator while the adds are respawning.

The fact that the sparks don't have an aggro table make this encounter somewhat tricky, from my experience. What bugged me most is that the encounter is biased against classes that depend on arcane damage (AKA moonkin and arcane specced mages). Trying to fight curator with two boomkins in the raid = futile attempt. =/

This is how you fight him.

1. Have the main tank hold aggro on Curator.

2. When he drops those sparks, kill it quick!! Note: Each orb costs him 10% of his mana.

3. Heal the one guy who gets hit with the Hate bolts he fires.

4. Whe hes out of mana, he`ll evocate, when this happens, BURN the last orb as fast as you can and GO BESERK on Curator.

Note: Damage is increased against Curator when he turns blue.

5. Repeat above till Curator is 15%

6. Curator enrages at 15%, Kill him there!

The Curator evocates after he runs out of mana and becomes extremely vulnerable to damage. At that point everyone should be focusing entirely on him and dealing as much DPS as possible.

Curator take +200% dmg on evocates, that's why he gets that high crits. So devide it by 3 and you roughly got his normal crits.

Curator is one of the easiest bosses in Karazhan.Just kill adds until evocation and when hi mana finished jut nuke them(you will do much dmg).Blizzard should make him more difficult but who cares?Easier for us to obtain t4 hehe:P

This really isn't a tanking battle. The tank can hold him easy. His adds need to be focused on, by 5-7 of the raid members. If you have a warlock, have him apply Curse of Doom one minute before his Evocation, so it hits during the evocation. All damage applied is dramatically increased. When Curator gets to 10%, he stops creating adds, and it's all-out DPS. Try to down him as soon as possible, after about twelve minutes, he will Berserk...causing obvious problems. Hope it helps.

I just downed this dude, the priest, warrior, and w/e T4 Token dropped... not to hard (Coming outa the MT) just form a U shape, tank about 3-4 Squares out, with healers on Right side, and casters/DPS on the left... Not hard with good DPS and heals. Nice job BTW
