Not very good gamepley, no offence...here's some tips. When you first spawn, parachute to the big hill on the right. You will be out of bounds, just keep running back to the edge to reset the 10 second clock. Stay on that hill until you go all the way around, skirt way around and come in the backside of the base. They never expect anyone over here, so it's really easy to arm B and camp the stairs to protect the Mcom until it blows.

@justin7560 And go right on the last objective too, because on the left side theres always tonnes of guys on the lake sniping, on the left there's buildings on one side for you to duck into for cover, and there's a cliff on the other side, so you're covered. And don't start shooting at far away targets when you are attacking, it gives away your position, just duck in and out of buildings until you are close to the objective. Try to keep moving as much as possible as well, tougher to shoot you.

You should go to a house and wait someone spawn on u, that is the way to play this map

on the 2nd set of mcoms when you flank right you can go a bit higher and land on the right side of the building behined and right of b

and the defenders bounderys retreats so you cant go up behined the attackers like you can in any of the other maps

Going around the left flank on this map is extremely effective. If you can run along the snow-covered patches of that cliff to your left as the attackers, you can then slide down and infiltrate the defenders. I came top of my team 3 times with over 250ms Ping on that map doing that.

Hopefully that helps, although I'm sure there are many other ways to PWN NOOBS!

@shugnst I misspoke in the video, I realize that there are bases where the defenders spawn out of bounds, but I've never seen the spawn so deep out of bounds combined with the boundary being only a few feet behind the mcomms. That's the nature of live commentaries - I tend to say misleading or incorrect stuff :)

I was in a team with you earlier, I was the guy throwing you the medi packs defending on nelson bay and attacking on Harvest day afterwards. Once I noticed your GT I tried to stay close. Congrats on having 1000+ subs, you had something like 15-20 whenever I subbed lol

@Cusac21 LOL - that nelson bay game was entertaining....it was pretty much an immediate spawn trap. I appreciated those medpacks, the wookies kept sniping me (but they were never able to land the headshot)

Oh, and Jaye, spawning out of bounds in rush for the defenders isn't new. They have done alot of time. However, they aint spawning out of bounds for themself. They have gottten more of the map to go on, where you as an attacker hasn't :)

@Hell460 I realize it isn't out of bounds for them, what I was attempting to say was that it's odd for them to spawn so far out of bounds on a last base. This happens in White Pass 3rd base too, for example, but you can still get right next to the spawn. In this case they spawn pretty far back similar to the out of bounds range for a deployment base. I'm not very articulate when it's a live commentary :P

I didn't like this map, even though I went like 20-1 on it along with destroying the "B" M-COM at the 2nd set saving our team from losing. I just feel it's too narrow and not what BF is all about. The other maps are amazing though! Especially Harvest Day on Conquest... well really all the maps are awsome (except Cold War :p)

@Baller25952595 Yes it's a free VIP map pack just like the previous ones, and it contains 4 maps, 3 playable on conquest, 3 playable on rush, and I think 2 playable in squad deathmatch/squad rush

The gameplay seems a bit faster,could that be due to the fact that your playing on PC?

@TheLazyGenius Yeah PC tends to look/play a bit faster than console because of the higher framerate, larger FOV, and quicker turning/aiming with the mouse. However the actual character speed and physics are the same as the consoles

It's too bad that the Frostbyte engine can't handle the map "Strike at karkand" from Bf2, Thats the best map in the Battlefield-series imo and i would love to see a remake of it =)

I don't want to be one of those whiny kids, but this is one of the worst BF maps I've ever played. Poorly designed. I singlehandedly held off the attacking team with a heavy MG and never let them leave their spawn. I can only imagine what a full team, working together, will do to an attacking team on this map.

Sweet! I got platnum for my xm8 compact and was sad as well because I don't use guns that I platnum. However, I used it last night for 2 rounds and had sooo much fun with it. I wish you still get 5000 xp every 100 kills with it.

This map is actually pretty surprising. I really like it....thought it would be another annoying snow map, but its a pretty fun rush map to play.

And the left flak is working pretty good most times.

does anyone really like white pass??? and yes jay, that was almost bad.... and the out of bounds spawning is in bounds for the defenders, I think all the new maps have larger defensive bounderies than offensive

I just played Cold War. And I LOVE IT. It definitely takes a good team to bust through the defenses of the defending team, because they got the advantage. Black Ops will probably start collecting a bit of dust, since I am going to play the SHIT out of those maps, and when I do, Vietnam will come out. ;) Official Good Bye to Black Ops.
