If i had a cat, which I don't. I would never get one because i'm allergic to them. Mine wouldn't be able to say anything because scientically proven: Animal's brain only consist of the : cerebellum, optic lobe, Cerebrum and pitutary. Only humans have what it takes to actually communicate through words of thought and knowledge which is all located in the Cerebral Hemisphere. :)
